What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, payment with Bitcoins (thru Coinbase, Bitpay or GoCoin) and payment with Litecoins (thru GoCoin) contact us for more information. Alternately we can accept payment by check. Please note when paying by check you will need to contact us and your order will be placed on hold until your check clears with our bank after being deposited.
Will I get confirmation that my order was received?
Yes. You will get an e-mail confirmation right after you place the order. If you do not receive the email after you place the order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Unless specified otherwise on the product page, all orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days (except made-to-order). We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide while you check out. If your item is back-ordered, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone. We will notify you the estimated shipping date and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.
When will my order be delivered?
Except for made-to-order, orders will usually arrive within 5 business days after they have shipped (lower 48 united states only). If applicable, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
How do I check my order status?
Please visit our order status page to locate your tracking information. You can also find your tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax only applies to U.S residents with orders shipped to Texas and California. If you are shipping to these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Do you offer special discounts?
Yes, we offer custom quotes when you provide us with your shipping address. Contact us.
Do you offer spare parts?
We offer spare parts from all our manufacturers when applicable. Contact us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the 48 Continental United States. Items are priced for Continental US shipping only. If you are located outside the Lower 48 States (AK, HI and International customers) you will be contacted after you place an order to confirm if we can ship to your location for additional shipping charges are required. We will not charge for additional expenses incurred without the customer/cardholders consent and will contact you if such a situation arises. You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost or we cannot deliver to your location we can promptly refund your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border. Please contact us in order to get shipping quotes and confirmation that we can ship to your country.
