This Rack comes standard with:

  1. Combo Grip Pull-up Bar - two, 8’ high, 28 mm knurled, solid cold rolled steel bars with 135-degree v-shape in the center for additional grip options.
  2. Single bar holders - two sets. (MPN# 54012)
  3. Bench stringers - two. (MPN# 54008)
  4. Weight storage - two sets of scuff-resistant weight storage pegs for 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lbs plates.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the 48 Continental United States. Items are priced for Continental US shipping only. If you are located outside the Lower 48 States (AK, HI and International customers) you will be contacted after you place an order to confirm if we can ship to your location for additional shipping charges are required. We will not charge for additional expenses incurred without the customer/cardholders consent and will contact you if such a situation arises. You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost or we cannot deliver to your location we can promptly refund your order. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with the order once it arrives at the border.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. We will notify you the estimated shipping date and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.

We utilize appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information you may provide at our site. We use industry-standard, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within four business days from the date of your order. Some of our premium products are custom made and/or made to order (MTO), or are manufactured on a per order basis. In this case, the lead time can be anywhere from 14 days to 12 weeks depending on the product. Please see the item description for manufacturing and shipping details on your product. 

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@strengthfitnessoutlet.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you must make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@strengthfitnessoutlet.com. If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf! We will arrange to have the items returned directly to our manufacturer and quickly replaced. Strength Fitness Outlet is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing Strength Fitness Outlet of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You do have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.

Cancellations & Refunds:

At Strength Fitness Outlet, we try our hardest to make returns an easy, hassle-free experience. All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Orders returned, for reasons other than a defective item, are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 35% of the price of your order. You (the buyer) are responsible for any return freight costs for BOTH directions (from the warehouse to you, and back to the warehouse). The purchase price minus these fees and costs will then be refunded to you when the warehouse processes your item (product must be returned within 30 days, new, unused, and in original packaging). Once our manufacturer receives your item(s), they will inspect it and we will notify you that they have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after they have inspected the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to only the original credit card (or original method of payment) that you use when placing your order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. Some items are non-returnable.

Some products offered by Strength Fitness Outlet are custom made or made to order (MTO) and are non-returnable and cannot be canceled or refunded making an exception to our general returns policy. 

Please make sure to measure the necessary space requirements, etc. before purchasing! After 30 days, we will help administer a return only if the item is damaged and still under manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranties vary depending on the company, and some manufacturers do not offer such a warranty.

You may also ask to receive a replacement or exchange. No restocking fee is charged if the initial items are returned in perfect condition. We will not accept items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned, with no credit issued, at the customer's expense.
